The woman could barely speak English, had to stop her many times as she could not understand what I was trying to ask. After finally getting through to her what the issue was, she blurted out some scripted bull and couldn't answer any other questions. When I asked her if she was in the US, she simply hung up! Seriously! Oh and then when I went to the website to figure out how to leave a message or comment - nothing that was easily accessible. Its forcing me to give you at least one star - you don't deserve even that! Will be seriously reconsidering using Amazon in the future.

Cancel all extra subscriptions NOW or I will cancel my Prime account all-together.
